If the print copy of the base is lost then you will first have to register an FIR in your local police station. After this you can easily get your base again through the following steps.

Case 1: You have a base number and registered mobile number
If you have your base number then the process is very easy. You can download your base from https://EAADHAAR.UIDAI.gov.in/#/ or in your smartphone to Maadhaar App. You can also use your E.D.’s printed copy. The downloaded EAD is legally valid. If you want to get the base letter again through the post, then you can order the Reprint of the base through https://resident.uidai.gov.in/ order-reprint At the minimum fee of 50 rupees, you can replicate your base again. Through the speed post it will get you within 15 days.
Case 2: You have a base number but registered mobile number/email id
You can order your base through https://resident.uidai.gov.in/ Order-Reprint to Reprint. You can use the second mobile number here to achieve OTP. However, before the preview payment of base details in this case you will not be able to see. Biometric certification is necessary to update the mobile number in the base. You have to go to the base center.
Case 3: You do not have a base number but registered mobile number / email id
In this case, you can get the base number again using https://resident.uidai.gov.in/ Lost-Uideid or Maadhaar App. For this service OTP is sent to your registered mobile number or email ID. After certified through OTP, your base number is sent to your mobile number or email ID.
Case 4: You do not have both base number and registered mobile number/email id
In such a case, the citizens should take this step:
1. Call the base helpline on 1947
2. Provide information on your name, birth date, pincode etc.
3. After the truth about information, you will be told the registration ID
4. Using this registration ID you can order the Reprint to the base through https://resident.uidai.gov.in/ Order-Reprint.
Case 5: Download with Biometric Authentication
In addition to the above-mentioned methods, most of the base centers in the country give the facility to download the basis with biometric automatics. You can get information from your closest base center from https://appointments.uidai.gov.in/easearch.aspx. With some basic identity information, you can get your base again with name, birth date, pincod etc. and biometric automation. You have to pay a charge of Rs 30 for this service.
