The Government Will Prepare An Online Register Of Coaching Students

Jaipur, (Rajasthan): The Rajasthan government will prepare an online register of students preparing for competitive examinations for engineering and medical in Kota city, known as a coaching center. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot approved the proposal for the project. is. The work of creating the student register will be done by Rajkamp Info Services Limited (RISL). The estimated cost of the project is about 68 lakh rupees. After this decision of Gahlot, a database of about two lakh students who are coaching in Kota city will be prepared, so that the state government has the right of these migrants living in the state.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved the proposal for this project. The work of creating the student register will be done by Rajkamp Info Services Limited (RISL). The estimated cost of the project is around 68 lakh rupees.

After this decision of Gehlot, a database of about two lakh students coaching in Kota city will be prepared, so that the state government has a record of the exact number and personal details of these migrants living in the state.

According to a government statement, it will be easier to manage the necessary arrangements for these migrants in situations like coronavirus when the details of the students are available. Similar ‘Student registers’ will also be prepared for other cities with coaching institutes in the state.

As per the proposal received by the Department of Information Technology and Communications, the purpose of preparing the student database is to create a web portal and mobile app for all coaching students, along with details of permanent addresses and relatives of students, coaching institutes, Information about hostels, paying guest, private stay-home, mess, etc. will also be recorded.

Through this portal, students will be given the facility to register and resolve problems related to coaching, housing, and eating and drinking.

It is worth mentioning that there are about 50 small and 10 big coaching institutes in Kota city, where about 2 lakh students prepare for competitive examinations like engineering, medical, etc. There are around 25 thousand paying guest facilities, 3 thousand hostels and 1800 messes. The annual turnover of this business in Kota is more than 3000 crores.
