China made a copy of Rolls Royce Cullinan! Price only Rs 66.50 lakh
Rolls Royce Cullinan Copy- Hongqi E-HS9: Rolls-Royce Cullinan is one of the most expensive and luxurious cars available for sale in the world. It is considered one of the most prestigious dream cars globally. But, its price is so high that for most people this dream car remains just a dream. In such a situation, a Chinese company has prepared its copy, that too in electric version. Chinese car brand Hongqi has created a new electric car inspired by the design of Rolls-Royce Cullinan, named Hongqi E-HS9.
Hongqi e-HS9 Design
The design of the all-new Hongqi e-HS9 is very similar to the Rolls-Royce Cullinan. The new luxury car is an all-electric version of the Hongqi HS9, which is already available as the brand’s flagship product in the Chinese car market. The Hongqi e-HS9 features vertical slats for the front grille, as seen on the Rolls-Royce Cullinan. The HE-HS9 adopts a split design theme for the headlamps, with the upper part serving as DRLs and turn indicators and the lower part housing trapezoidal-shaped all-LED headlamps.
Battery and range
The rest of the design of the Hongqi e-HS9 also seems to be similar to the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, which is evident from the design of multi-spoke alloy wheels, door-mounted rearview mirrors and angular D-pillars. The cabin of the Hongqi e-HS9 is also luxurious, with a full-TFT screen layout as large as the width of the dashboard. This three-row car is available with two battery pack options, 83 kWh battery which will give a range of 496 km and 120 kWh battery which will give a range of 690 km.
Hongqi e-HS9 price
While the Rolls-Royce Cullinan is priced at Rs 6.95 crore (ex-showroom, India), the Hongqi e-HS9 has been launched in China and other global markets for $80,000, which is approximately Rs 66.50 lakh in Indian currency.
